The SEATRACES project (www.seatraces.eu), funded by the Interreg Atlantic Area program, is organising the II International Symposium on Labelling and Authenticity of Seafood – ISLAS 2021, which will be hosted by the Institute of Marine Research of the Spanish National Research Council (IIM-CSIC).
ISLAS 2021 will be a hybrid event (on line / face-to-face) which will be held in Vigo (Spain) on 20th and 21st of October 2021 and will be provided with simultaneous translation.
The objective of this event is the dissemination of the main results obtained during SEATRACES project, therefore, it is focused in new findings and developments on labelling and authenticity of seafood. All speakers are partners of the project and have extensive experience in those fields.
Attendance is free, whether you choose the on-line or the face-to-face mode.
The target audience includes researchers, students, policy makers, administrations, funding agencies, seafood industry representatives, retailers, publishers, society and all other entities or particulars with relation or interest in labelling and authenticity of seafood products.
